After all I’ve done with my show heifer, I believe that I will take my life lessons with me into the future. An anonymous person wrote, “Everyone can see you raise livestock, but only we can understand that they’re the ones raising us.” Whoever wrote this quote had no idea how true it was, when it comes to my life and Lois Lane. She really has raised me. She has helped prepare me for the rest of my life. I will take the lessons I learned from her with me until the day I die, and I will pass them onto my children and the generations to come.
