EMPLOYMENT   SALES POSITION

AGRI-TEX® Wood Shavings, LLC (The Western Region manufacturer of SUNCOAST® Pine Shavings Bedding), is seeking a sales person with experience in the agricultural and livestock industry. 

 

This individual would be primarily calling on feed stores and large distributors to generate sales.

 

GENERAL 

• Customer Sales & Relations

• Sales to agriculture retailers, distributors, institutions, and large farms and agriculture facilities

• Existing customers coordination and relations

• New customer solicitation

• Customer merchandising and marketing

• Trade shows - attend as exhibitor, set up & manage booth 

• Coordinate with office administration and operations staff

• Requires travel to Southwest customer locations

• Position pays Salary plus Commission (to be discussed at interview as it varies based upon experience)

• Proof of US Citizenship

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Agriculture background and experience

• Sales experience

• Communication skills

• Computer skills including Excel

• Education: Minimum requirement - High School Diploma or proof of completion

• Prefer reside in Southeast Texas location, but not mandatory

• Travel required

• Must be able to pass a drug test

• Valid driver's license
